「ピタリ」（以下「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく前に、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）をお読みください。本アプリをダウンロード・使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
利用許諾
QOOQ（以下「当方」）は、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不可の権利をお客様に許諾します。
禁止事項
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布
- 法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
- 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
広告とアプリ内課金
- 本アプリは第三者（Google AdMob）配信の広告を表示します
- 買い切りのアプリ内課金「広告を削除」により広告を非表示にできます。決済は Apple / Google が処理し、返金は各ストアのポリシーに従います
- 「広告を削除」は購入した Apple ID / Google アカウントに紐づき、「購入を復元」から再適用できます
知的財産権
本アプリおよびその名称・デザイン・パズル生成ロジックに関する権利は当方に帰属します。
免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性や無中断・無誤りの動作を保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は法令が認める範囲で責任を負いません。
プライバシー
Web版のGoogle Analytics、アプリ版のFirebase Analytics、および広告配信に伴う情報の取り扱いを含め、詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
規約の変更
当方は本規約を随時変更できます。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") before using Pitari (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
QOOQ ("we") grants you a non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
- Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
- Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order.
- Do not infringe the rights of us or any third party.
Ads and in-app purchases
- The App displays ads served by a third party (Google AdMob).
- A one-time in-app purchase ("Remove ads") hides all ads. Payment is processed by Apple / Google, and refunds follow each store's policy.
- "Remove ads" is tied to the purchasing Apple ID / Google account and can be re-applied via "Restore purchases".
Intellectual property
All rights in the App, including its name, design, and puzzle-generation logic, belong to us.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for details, including how website Google Analytics, app Firebase Analytics, and ad serving handle data.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
